- Engage with prospective customers to understand their goals and advise on solutions involving the Ironclad platform and their enterprise systems.
- Advise Ironclad, customer, and partner implementation teams on high-value architecture practices.
- Develop and nurture long-term advisory relationships with larger customers and partners to ensure long-term value.
- Develop on-the-ground intelligence for the Ironclad product team on business and technical drivers for the product roadmap.
- Share expertise through Ironclad content channels, providing guidance on solution patterns.
