Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer service orders (CSOs) for mainframe z/OS customers as they pertain to CICS TS and related OEM software products
- Provide primary support for reported problems related to CICS TS / WAS and related OEM software products on a 24x7x365 basis
- Follow procedures for installing, maintaining, and upgrading OEM software products according to best practices and Ensono standards
- Assist project managers with customer migration services and technical transitions for newly acquired customers
- Execute tasks associated with customer disaster recovery plans in cooperation with Disaster Recovery Services
