Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer service orders for mainframe z/OS customers in a timely manner as they pertain to MQ software products.
- Provide primary support for reported problems related to MQ software products on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
- Install MQ software products efficiently and according to best practices and Ensono standards.
- Support customer migration services and transitions of newly acquired customers.
- Execute technical tasks associated with customer disaster recovery plans in cooperation with Disaster Recovery Services.
