Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ and VSAM.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration issues.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications and database queries.
  • Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams.
  • Understand both functional and technical requirements and provide implementation/change options aligned with business needs.
