Responsibilities

• Own the platform foundation for all Boulevard products, including identity, permissions, audit logging, eventing, API federation, and AI infrastructure.
• Drive enterprise readiness by owning decisions related to granular permissions, comprehensive audit trails, and identity infrastructure for large customers.
• Act as connective tissue between product teams, understanding their needs and shaping the platform to accelerate their development.
• Define and measure success for the platform team using metrics like reliability, developer velocity, internal platform adoption, and enterprise capability delivery.
• Own the product roadmap, balancing near-term business impact with long-term architectural integrity and making build-versus-buy decisions.
