• Define success metrics and leading indicators for agentic recruiting and HR systems.
• Design measurement and experimentation frameworks for always-on candidate and employee lifecycle systems.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to instrument, evaluate, and monitor launches, ensuring observability and credible incremental value.
• Translate behavioral and model-driven signals into decisions on scaling, intervention, and resource allocation.
• Build repeatable decision loops to convert analysis into shipped changes.
