Responsibilities

• Lead the Identity & Security Product Management team responsible for delivering IAM, Queryable Encryption, and other customer-facing security features within the MongoDB platform.
• Drive highly regulated customer platform security and compliance requirements into MongoDB products.
• Drive collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Leadership Team.
• Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap across ownership areas in partnership with Engineering counterparts.
• Define security go-to-market strategies, identify key market/competitive trends and customer opportunities, and plan and manage programs to execute against those strategies.
