Responsibilities

• Build, retrain, and tune uplift models for weekly retention programs, balancing incremental redemptions against cost.
• Own production models end to end, maintaining pipelines, deploying new versions, and monitoring performance.
• Manage weekly model operations, adjusting parameters to stay on budget and within performance thresholds.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and holdouts to measure performance and generate training data.
• Communicate model performance, business impact, and complex trade-offs to Marketing stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
