- Translate new platform capabilities (API, tool use, MCP, Agent SDK) into demos, labs, and quick-reference guides
- Run Claude Platform training for technical onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
- Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours
- Develop self-service resources, experimental tools, and enablement infrastructure
- Stress-test new platform features before launch and bring field feedback back to product and marketing
