Responsibilities

• Develop new methodologies, customizations, macros, and automation for design, engineering, data management, and product lifecycle tasks.
• Participate in requirements gathering, definition, testing, and validation of new CAD, PLM, and engineering tools functionality.
• Provide daily user support, documentation, troubleshooting, and resolution for CAD, PLM, and other Product Development Tools.
• Train team members in existing functions, processes, and methodologies.
• Administer user access models, accounts, and licenses for IP protection and efficient data sharing.
