- Manage, configure, and optimize core systems like Azure AD, Okta, Intune, JAMF, and O365.
- Support a wide range of cloud workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Jira.
- Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deploy and refine internal tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both Windows and macOS environments.
