Responsibilities

  • Manage the macOS and Windows fleet, enforcing CIS controls using Jamf and Microsoft Intune to maintain high enrollment, configuration, and patch compliance.
  • Write and maintain Bash and PowerShell Worklets in Automox to automate endpoint actions, close compliance gaps, and reduce manual IT workload, providing direct feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Provision, deprovision, and govern access across identity providers and SaaS estate (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub), automating the joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle.
  • Administer access and IAM across cloud accounts (AWS and Azure), focusing on access governance and account hygiene.
  • Handle internal help desk tickets (level 1 and escalated level 2) and analyze current systems to identify inefficiencies, proposing and implementing fixes to drive continuous improvement.
