Responsibilities
- Manage SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Slack, Zoom) including user administration, provisioning, and license management.
- Provide technical support and escalation for the End User Support team, resolving complex issues and coaching service desk engineers.
- Own employee technology lifecycle including provisioning workflows, hardware inventory, device refresh programs, and secure offboarding.
- Maintain IT infrastructure including backup systems, server operations, and network services in partnership with Engineering.
- Administer endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune) including policies, software deployment, security enforcement, and fleet updates.
