- Administer, install, and troubleshoot operating systems and software upgrades
- Perform system maintenance, back-ups, recoveries, and file maintenance
- Configure and troubleshoot endpoint management/MDM platforms like Intune, JAMF, and Kandji
- Manage identity providers, SSO (Okta, Entra ID), SCIM provisioning, and SaaS applications
- Provide technical mentorship to junior system administrators
