Responsibilities
- Administer Okta for identity and access management, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and app integrations.
- Own the new hire IT onboarding experience, managing laptop setup, tool access, device enrollment, and hardware inventory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT tool vendors, managing integration requirements, setup, and deprecation.
- Partner with the Systems Team to support SOC 2 compliance efforts, implement compliance platforms, and ensure IT processes meet audit requirements.
