Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration of the company's SaaS stack, including maintenance, configuration changes, and license management
- Develop scripts, integrations, and reusable workflows to connect systems through APIs and event-driven automation
- Administer identity and access management across core SaaS platforms using Okta, including SSO and SCIM provisioning
- Administer the macOS MDM platform to enforce policy configurations, patching, and zero-touch deployment
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support to employees in the office and remotely across hardware, software, and networking
