Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day IT operations including endpoint management, on-site support, vendor coordination, and new-site buildouts.
• Own a portfolio of SaaS systems end-to-end, managing their lifecycle, configuration, governance, and integrations.
• Serve as the named system owner accountable for business continuity and disaster recovery plans for in-scope assets.
• Operate the global office network, zero-trust mesh, and cloud firewall rules and segmentation.
• Collaborate with the Helpdesk team on Tier-2 escalations and with Information Security on identity, network, and SaaS controls.
