Responsibilities

  • Own New York's workplace technology end to end, managing day-to-day experience for staff and guests.
  • Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging, account provisioning, and day-one setup.
  • Manage the AV and conferencing estate for meeting rooms, all-hands, and events.
  • Program-manage physical systems like cameras, badge/access-control, and structured cabling for office buildouts.
  • Manage local hardware lifecycle (provisioning, stock, repairs) and serve as the site’s top escalation point for support.
