Responsibilities

  • Own the deepest technical escalations from across the function, driving them to root cause through rigorous log, data, and system-level analysis.
  • Validate the platform before shipping, supporting beta testing and pre-GA investigations to identify where real behavior diverges from the spec.
  • Detect and declare systemic events, triggering coordinated incident response for Sev1 and Sev2 events before volume escalates.
  • Serve as the internal AI subject-matter expert on platform behavior, retrieval quality, and document processing patterns.
  • Advocate for the support function in Product and Engineering discussions, pushing for diagnostic tooling and platform fixes.
