Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora.
- Work with Customer Success to own client relationships, from running pilots and onboarding to guiding full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Be the voice of the user inside Legora, sharing insights that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
- Deliver clear, confident product demos and training to bring the power of the platform to life.
- Document best practices, contribute to scalable playbooks, and help shape the global growth of this function.
