- Operate and improve production services, contributing to deployment, monitoring, and system health.
- Build and maintain observability tooling (metrics, logs, traces) to keep signal high and noise low.
- Contribute to SLI/SLO definition, alerting, and reliability reporting for your services.
- Participate in on-call rotations and help drive post-incident follow-ups and preventive fixes.
- Reduce operational toil through automation and improved developer-facing tooling.
