SaaS Enablement & Governance Lead

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Own the single source of truth for all SaaS and AI applications including licenses, entitlements, and usage discovery.
• Enforce AI vendor terms, including training-on-data, retention, confidentiality, and model-change contract clauses.
• Build agentic workflows and automated processes for license reclamation, discovery, and provisioning using SaaS APIs and scripting.
• Manage the software and SaaS renewals calendar, partnering with Procurement and executing portfolio decommissioning.
• Own SaaS-related SOC 2 evidence and third-party application governance as the system owner.
