Responsibilities
- Own Denver's workplace technology end to end, managing the day-to-day experience for staff and guests.
- Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging, account provisioning, and in-person setup.
- Manage the AV and conferencing estate, including meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV.
- Program-manage physical systems during office buildouts, such as cameras, badge/access-control, and structured cabling.
- Manage the local hardware lifecycle, from provisioning to repairs and returns, and act as the top escalation point above first-line support.
