Responsibilities
- Own secure configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management of identity and access across Okta, AWS, GitHub, Google Cloud, and G Suite.
- Manage and secure the endpoint fleet of macOS, Windows, and Linux devices via MDM systems.
- Own the in-office LAN, WiFi, audio-visual, conferencing, and computing systems end-to-end from a remote position.
- Build automation and self-service tooling to address root causes of ticket trends and reduce escalation rates.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for the help desk team and support the IT onboarding and offboarding lifecycle.
