Responsibilities
- Administer Okta for SSO, authentication, and access controls, and automate user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding).
- Maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, applications, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Manage and configure endpoints using Jamf and Intune, covering security policies, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Implement SOX auditing and compliance enforcement across IT infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Build and expand automation across IT operations using various tools and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
