Responsibilities

Establish the technical roadmap, evaluate emerging tools, and ensure the software platform, processes and infrastructure scale.
Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and R&D teams, establishing architectural standards and best practices.
Oversee the development and architecture of product solutions, ensuring technical excellence, reliability, and security.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between product, marketing, integration, and engineering teams, driving alignment and end-to-end solution delivery.
