Responsibilities

• Establish the technical roadmap, evaluate emerging tools, and ensure the software platform, processes and infrastructure scale.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and R&D teams, establishing architectural standards and best practices.
• Oversee the development and architecture of product solutions, ensuring technical excellence, reliability, and security.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between product, marketing, integration, and engineering teams, driving alignment and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Lead the technical due diligence process for M&A activity, including architecture assessment, risk analysis, and integration roadmap planning.
