- Create clean journeys for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX, and AI-assisted features.
- Collaborate with backend, design, product, and AI teams to launch reliable customer-facing features.
- Improve app quality through production feedback, analytics, crash reports, and user behaviour.
- Work from product problem to shipped mobile experience rather than just assigned screens.
