Responsibilities

• Manage detailed bill of materials (BOMs) for all levels of design, manufacturing, as-built, as-delivered, and in-service, coordinating with various disciplines to ensure proper master data definition and capture.
• Manipulate BOMs to produce various configurations for purposes such as engineering release, material planning, flight test, and customer deliveries.
• Author and maintain procedures for master data collection, reconciliation, and alignment with BOM management, release, and baselines.
• Maintain the product structure, applying updated master data attributes, including key and critical characteristics, and correct configuration effectivity in a certification/regulatory environment.
• Develop training and provide detailed instructions to assist others with master data development.
