• Design and implement governance frameworks, lifecycle rules, ownership models, and structural standards to ensure knowledge artifacts are trustworthy for AI agents.
• Automate the documentation lifecycle by integrating AI agents into product development and release workflows, operationalizing existing infrastructure.
• Solve the routing problem by designing a system with an AI-enabled intake pathway and self-serve guidance to reduce reliance on human experts.
• Build knowledge observability by defining metrics, instrumenting measurement infrastructure using analytics tools, and creating dashboards to monitor content health.
• Drive the shift from a service model to an enablement model, designing and running an enablement program to empower teams to own their documentation with minimal specialist intervention.
