Responsibilities

• Architect and author agents' context by deciding needed context, structure, and content, writing procedures, skills, and system prompts.
• Define and enforce standards for consistency across agents, including how procedures are written, what makes a skill document load-bearing, and when context is ready to ship.
• Monitor agent performance, identify missing context when output is suboptimal, and write necessary content to address these gaps.
• Inform future product decisions by providing insights from current agent behavior and emerging possibilities from substrate improvements.
