- Act as the final authority for technical decisions, balancing rapid delivery with long-term technical health.
- Architect end-to-end solutions, documenting requirements and selecting appropriate technology stacks.
- Lead technical projects from initial estimation and discovery through deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering skill-sharing and high standards for code quality and unit testing.
- Interact directly with clients and product owners to provide recommended approaches, feasibility assessments, and technical roadmaps.
