Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud-based integrations and automations using iPaaS (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi) and APIs across typical core SaaS stack.
- Partner with business teams to understand processes and turn them into scalable, secure, and well-documented workflows.
- Create AI-powered flows that use LLMs to classify, summarize, route, and enrich business data and workflows.
- Help design and support internal AI assistants/agents, connecting them safely to systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, HR and Finance tools.
- Own troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement for your integrations and AI workflows.
