  • Manage and optimize our external-facing Learning Management System (LMS) and connected integrations to deliver a seamless, high-performance user experience.
  • Architect and monitor the education data pipeline from the LMS to our data lake to ensure high-quality metadata extraction and reporting accuracy.
  • Automate core learning operations, including badge issuance and certification enrollments, to scale program delivery and reduce manual intervention.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions and advanced workflows to provide deeper customer insights and personalize the learner journey at scale.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical support tickets to identify root causes and proactively improve platform stability and user satisfaction.
