Staff Product Manager, FinTech & Ops

Responsibilities

• Define and own a 6-12 month product roadmap balancing efficiency, growth investments, and platform investments, aiming for high single-digit % Contribution Profit uplift.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B, cohort, and holdout experiments with pre-specified success criteria to measure CP, CX risk, and incremental GMV/LTV.
• Lead decisioning product work, including policy design for returns, underwriting, IDV, payment routing, and limit adjustments, delivering low-latency decision APIs and ML integrations.
• Improve payment economics by executing multi-provider routing and adopting lower-cost payment rails to reduce fees and free up margin for growth investments.
• Expand self-solve modalities in customer support to reduce contact rates without harming customer satisfaction, empowering operational teams with limited engineering bandwidth.
