Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for Inspiren's expansion into new markets, segments, and use cases, including adapting the hardware-enabled platform.
• Lead and execute discovery for new product bets, validating them with customers, data, and business cases, utilizing AI to accelerate the process.
• Own the execution, launch, and iteration of validated bets, partnering with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Clinical Success, and holding the team accountable to measurable outcomes.
• Establish and evolve best-in-class product development practices for expansion-oriented products, from opportunity assessment through lifecycle management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate expansion vision, strategy, risks, and progress to align decision-making across the organization.
