Senior Manager, Direct Tax AI Systems and Operations

Responsibilities

• Design and improve recurring direct tax workflows using AI tools, structured prompts, light scripting, and practical operator controls.
• Use AI to accelerate income tax analysis, documentation, reconciliations, mappings, and exception handling.
• Build and maintain lightweight tools, templates, runbooks, and validation checks to reduce repetitive work.
• Partner with tax, finance, data, and technical teams to improve information flow across recurring tax processes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, data-quality issues, and manual rework drivers, and turn them into repeatable improvements.
