Responsibilities
- Spend real time with customers, observe their workflows, and translate learnings into product bets for your team.
- Partner with the product team to decide what to build, form hypotheses about customer value, design experiments, and iterate quickly.
- Take new product surfaces from 0 to 1, including pitching, prototyping, shipping, and driving adoption.
- Build AI-native by default, making principled choices about leveraging LLMs, agents, evals, retrieval, and modern AI tooling.
- Own end-to-end outcomes from customer conversation to telemetry, setting the technical bar and mentoring engineers in customer-centric development.
