• Lead deployment planning and execution for provider customers end-to-end, owning timelines, scope, and risk management.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand operational workflows, clinical requirements, and translate them into deployment designs.
• Translate implementation requirements into scalable solution designs that work across different provider types and EHR systems.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Design and standardize deployment best practices, playbooks, and operating models based on learnings from implementations.
