Responsibilities

• Own strategic AI build partnerships end to end, from discovery through delivery, solution validation, and handoff.
• Design and facilitate executive leadership workshops that surface high-value workflows and produce actionable use-case portfolios.
• Translate customer pain points, workflows, and technical requirements into well-scoped AI solutions and multi-workstream delivery plans.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to scope and lead Forward Deployed sprints, driving build quality and delivery discipline.
• Mentor early-career Medtech Architects, strengthen the Forward Deployed playbook, and raise the bar for excellence.
