Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the team's most complex full-stack technical initiatives, setting engineering standards and pace.
• Drive technical design and architecture for complex features, documenting systems and ensuring solutions are maintainable, scalable, performant, and production-ready.
• Mentor and uplevel engineers through actionable code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing, advocating for best practices.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Managers to roadmap large projects, break down business requirements into technical ones, and manage stakeholders.
• Participate in the team’s Pod Lead rotation, responding to incidents and being on-call for production reliability via PagerDuty.
