Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of causal inference frameworks to measure incremental impact across personalization, marketing, and lifecycle interventions.
• Build and scale LTV models (user-level and cohort-based) for real-time decisioning and develop/deploy personalization models influencing ranking, offer selection, and content sequencing.
• Ship production-grade machine learning models that directly drive revenue outcomes, including marketplace optimization, partner routing, and budget allocation.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to define data instrumentation, feature stores, and model monitoring frameworks.
• Mentor and develop senior and mid-level data scientists, providing technical leadership and communicating complex analytical insights to executive stakeholders.
