Responsibilities

• Define enterprise DCIM design, including data ownership and system-of-record boundaries for white space and gray space infrastructure.
• Lead configuration and administration of DCIM platforms (e.g., Sunbird, Nlyte) and integrations with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Build and maintain real-time telemetry pipelines for rack-level power, thermal monitoring, and liquid cooling systems.
• Develop internal tools, dashboards, and reporting to visualize data center capacity, health, and operational milestones.
• Integrate build-out and commissioning workflows with ongoing operational systems (DCIM, SCADA, ITSM, ERP).
