Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of member-facing tools by developing LLM frameworks and ML models for automated support and digital interfaces.
• Evaluate tool performance and member behavior to surface deep insights that inform product and operations strategy.
• Collaborate closely with data and business counterparts across functional areas.
• Research, develop, and maintain data pipelines, statistical/ML models, and advanced analyses.
• Work with team and manager to impact longer term strategies and roadmap and set shorter term roadmap for the team.
