Manager, Application Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead 4-8 Commercial Application Engineers and 1-2 Associate Application Engineers in the Americas.
• Develop and further the strategy of effective use of Application Engineers, prioritizing business growth.
• Breed technical pre-sales skills and acumen within Application Engineering.
• Identify and develop channel enablement assets and strengthen channel partners through training and support.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to identify actions with the biggest impact on Markforged's bottom-line and top-line growth.
