Responsibilities
- Analyze call transcripts and refine rules to extract behavioral and intent signals, measuring accuracy against benchmarks.
- Support the team in validating predictive models and traits feeding into the customer data platform.
- Profile and clean high-volume data, surface patterns and quality issues, and translate findings into actionable summaries.
- Experiment with modern GenAI workflows (prompting, evaluation, RAG) to assess summary quality and reduce hallucinations.
- Build charts, notebooks, and write-ups to communicate analysis to technical and business stakeholders.

Required: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
