Responsibilities

• Analyze call transcripts and refine rules to extract behavioral and intent signals, measuring accuracy against benchmarks.
• Support the team in validating predictive models and traits feeding into the customer data platform.
• Profile and clean high-volume data, surface patterns and quality issues, and translate findings into actionable summaries.
• Experiment with modern GenAI workflows (prompting, evaluation, RAG) to assess summary quality and reduce hallucinations.
• Build charts, notebooks, and write-ups to communicate analysis to technical and business stakeholders.
