• Build comprehensive frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content and each other and design experiments to improve these experiences.
• Shape the analytical approach for our emerging social experiences, helping define what healthy social engagement looks like on a music platform and how to measure it.
• Develop deep understanding of creator and artist success which will drive our creator programs and incentives.
• Surface insights that connect content, social, and creator dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and music functions and contribute to building strong data foundations.
