Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives with Product and Design teams to ship and iterate on unique AI-enabled care product experiences that improve patient engagement and outcomes.
• Work closely with the ML research team to integrate cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and implement features into the agentic framework.
• Improve the physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities.
• Architect scalable backend systems, including health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations.
• Take ownership of broad initiatives and drive them to completion, navigating ambiguity with ease in a high-growth startup environment.
