Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product features end-to-end across our stack, including voice AI agents, agentic workflows, survey pipelines, escalation routing, candidate-matching intelligence, and analytics surfaces.
• Own meaningful slices of the system through design, implementation, rollout, and iteration, including building evals and guardrails for AI systems.
• Translate customer pain points into clear technical solutions, shaping voice agents and AI workflows while partnering with the CEO and other engineers on prioritization and tradeoffs.
• Contribute to engineering standards (code review, testing discipline, deployment hygiene, incident response) and mentor newer engineers.
• Invest in developer experience (CI/CD, observability, feedback loops) to enhance team shipping efficiency.
