• Own platform reliability and scalability end-to-end, defining and meeting SLAs/SLOs and improving observability.
• Oversee enterprise partner integrations and launch readiness, managing technical escalations and ensuring smooth operations.
• Shape strategy and roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback, market insights, and internal priorities, translating long-term bets into executable plans.
• Elevate engineering excellence with robust testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business impact.
