- Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, with a focus on quality and risk management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and translate them into technical designs and functional code, participating fully in agile delivery.
- Contribute to system and application architecture, including data models, integrations, security, and cloud deployment considerations, and support solutions from inception through ongoing evolution.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, establish high standards for code quality, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
